1. Eligibility and acceptance
By using the website or joining early access, you confirm that you are at least 18, have legal capacity to accept these Terms, and will use the service only where lawful. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Nature of the service
Biased may publish general market commentary, data summaries, directional research classifications and illustrative product previews. Content is prepared for a broad audience and is not adapted to your finances, objectives, knowledge, portfolio or risk tolerance. No professional, advisory, fiduciary or client relationship is created.
3. No transaction service
Biased does not accept or hold customer funds, open trading accounts, execute or arrange orders, manage portfolios, copy trades, or guarantee access to any product. Any transaction is your independent decision and is made through a separate provider under that provider’s terms.
4. Market risk
Trading can cause substantial or total loss. Leverage can magnify losses. Research can be incorrect or become outdated immediately. 5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, bypass security, scrape or redistribute protected content or data, impersonate another person, introduce harmful code, or use the service unlawfully. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or service integrity.
6. Intellectual property and third parties
Biased’s original design, text and branding are protected by applicable law. Third-party names, marks and data remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance identifies a source or technology and does not imply sponsorship, approval or endorsement. No right to redistribute third-party market data is granted.
7. Availability and liability
The pre-launch service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing excludes liability that applicable consumer law does not permit us to exclude.
8. Changes and mandatory rights
These Terms may be updated as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated where required. Any mandatory rights available to you under the law of your residence remain unaffected. The operator’s legal identity, address, contact method and governing-law terms must be completed before commercial launch.
