1. Producer and audience
Research is produced by the Biased editorial team for adult users as general market information. The responsible legal operator and individual author or reviewer must be identified on each live report before public product launch. Research is not prepared for any user’s particular portfolio or circumstances.
2. Methodology
Directional classifications may combine price action, macroeconomic releases, interest rates or yields, currency conditions and relevant news. Each live report must identify its covered instrument, material sources, completion date and time, intended horizon, material assumptions and key risks. Facts should be distinguished from estimates and opinion. A concise methodology statement and update policy must accompany or be directly linked from each report.
3. Conflicts and independence
Before publishing a live report, Biased must disclose any financial interest, position, affiliate payment, issuer relationship, broker relationship or other circumstance reasonably capable of affecting its objectivity. Unless a report states otherwise, the product preview is illustrative and does not represent a current position. Biased must maintain an internal record of research production and corrections.
4. Data limitations
Data can be delayed, revised, incomplete or incorrectly mapped. “Live” does not necessarily mean exchange-grade or executable. Prices and market conditions must be verified independently before any transaction. References to the Federal Reserve, U.S. Treasury, TradingView or OpenAI identify information or technology sources only and do not imply their sponsorship or endorsement.
5. Trading risk
Gold, foreign exchange, securities, indices, CFDs, futures, options and other leveraged instruments can be volatile and may produce losses exceeding initial margin where legally permitted. Past performance, hypothetical examples, model outputs and backtests are not reliable indicators of future results. Never risk money you cannot afford to lose.
6. No personalization or execution
Biased does not assess suitability, recommend position size, monitor a portfolio or execute transactions. Users remain responsible for independent research, legal eligibility, risk management and selection of properly authorized providers.
7. Your responsibility and limitation
You decide whether and how to use any information made available through Biased. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Biased is not responsible for trading losses or decisions made in reliance on general research, delayed data, community content or model outputs. Nothing in this disclosure excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
8. Corrections and updates
A live recommendation should display when it was produced, when it was last updated and whether it replaces an earlier view. Material errors should be corrected promptly without silently rewriting the historical record. The service should state when a view expires or is no longer maintained.
